The room was clean and tidy ,looked like it was cleaned everyday, bed was made daily. There was heating that I could adjust to my liking. Breakfast and coffee made a great start to day was always hot and perfectly cooked. Staff were polite and helpful. Plenty of parking there, although I wasn't driving on this trip. Inside building and outside very clean and free from any litter. Also liked how quiet it was. I could not hear the main road that it was on. Ideally situated for the places I had to visit.

Two comfortable nights here. The room was pretty standard for this level of hotel which was absolutely fine. Although the room faced onto the busy A229 it was surprisingly quiet. Bathroom all good and the shower was easy to operate. Breakfast was as you'd expect, and with a reasonable range of options.

I really liked how friendly the staff were upon mine and my partner's arrival. The staff working on the day were very accommodating, making us feel so appreciated for being guests at the hotel. I liked the comfort of the room, combined with the choice of hard and soft pillows. The breakfast was exceptional, the hashbrowns were to die for.

Looks shabby from the outside, but inside is completely different. Fresh, clean and well presented. Reception area, bar, toilets etc were all clean and comfortable. Buffet area for breakfast, excellent. Presentation of food and beverages excellent. Our room was spotlessly clean apart from staining on settee. A laundry problem we had was rectified immediately. Shower excellent, air con was a blessing and worked a treat.

A last minute booking that went very well. The very friendly and helpful welcome, in the clean, well-ordered reception went very smoothly. The whole place was spotless. The well maintained bedroom , with its comfy bed, was equally as super clean. The view over the fields, out the back, were appreciated. The included breakfast was great and hit the right note and why we chose this hotel over others, so we were pleased that we weren't disappointed. All in all, a great stay at a good price. We will stay again.

We had a fab stay, Room clean and comfortable with good facilities, staff were extremely helpful & polite, nothing too much trouble kudos to them. Especially house keeping, Whole Hotel seemed clean and bright, nice bar area, & plenty seating for breakfast etc, Breakfast was good plenty of options, we didnt eat off the main menu so can't comment on that. We'd definitely stay here again 😁

Staff were really helpful and friendly, even getting an extra chair for my room when asked! The room was clean and refreshed each day. The showers were hot too!

I am a coeliac and needed a gluten-free diet. On arrival I asked if they could accommodate this at breakfast. The person on the reception desk was unclear but made a point of finding out and told me exactly what was accessible to me. This was exceptional as sometimes people just don’t care he cared and he made it clear that he did and I thank him for that.

Everything was to our satisfaction and more. The staff were very friendly, the shower was amazing, the bed was so comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and more than adequate. The fact that the hotel caters for one to have a coffee and pastries as a takeaway, was an absolute bonus. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area, as the location to attractions, restaurants and the beach, was perfect.

A lovely welcome from the two ladies on reception, they got us booked in , explained all the procedures surrounding breakfast, etc. The room was lovely and clean, plenty of towels,toiletries, an iron and board. The bed was comfy for me , not so for my husband ,unfortunately. The breakfast was yummy 😋 scrambled eggs cooked to perfection , bacon and sausage, delicious. Would have liked some mushrooms and tomatoes, but what we had was fab. There were also cereals on offer with toast and pastries. Help yourself to coffee or tea, what a great start to the day. It doesn't look very up to date outside but don't let this put you off it's fabulous inside, very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here next time we're down to visit my daughter's family.
